The California Latino Capitol Association Foundation (CLCAF) is a non-profit and non-partisan organization focused on expanding community outreach, education, and professional development for the Latino community.
Our membership ranges from legislative staff, Governor’s staff, state agency staff, chiefs of staff, and lobbyists. CLCAF is the longest-standing staff organization, representing the Capitol Latino community and beyond.
